Most Influential Pauline Scholars: F.C. Baur and Rudolf Bultmann?

In his chapter on recent research on the Pauline epistles François Vouga [1] argues that “the two figures that continue to serve as reference” for other scholars are F.C. Baur and Rudolf Bultmann. I am sure many would agree, but I am wondering if there are any dissenters. Would you exchange one or both of these men for someone else who you think has had more influence on recent Pauline studies?
