  2. Well, it worked when I went back and tried it again. I tried the audio. Not sure if the problem was with me or them. I’ll assume it was them…

  3. I was lucky enough to spend an hour or two with him over coffee in Queensland a few years ago. I asked him every question I had about his eyewitnesses book. He was very generous and humble. The book radically changed how I read the gospel.

  4. Thanks for posting this. Excited to have a listen.
However, the comments have made for a personal dilemma. I had decided to make Bauckham’s Jesus and the God of Israel my next book purchase–on the recommendation of Patrick Mitchel @FaithinIreland. But now I’m torn–maybe I should get Gospel and Eyewitness instead?

  5. @Crystal: I have heard great things about Jesus and the God of Israel and I have the other. I can recommend the one on the eyewitnesses because I’ve read a bit about it. I am sure you can’t go wrong with either!
