    Thanks for the plugs. Yeah, the piece from Mcknight is rather interesting. Got to check out McGrath and Mounce pieces.

  4. @Brian F: Thomas has been an adjunct at Western Seminary for a few classes over the last couple years. He is moving south now though. I think Texas.
