I was invited to participate in the Advent Blog Tour, I must say that I was honored and not sure what Advent was but I agreed anyhow knowing it had something to do with the birth of Christ. I and fellow blogger, T. C. Robinson, will be some of them many fine bloggers sharing some thoughts on various scriptures taken from the Common English Bible, with the hopes of giving these familiar readings a fresh perspective.
I want to encourage you to follow us for the next 25 days. Click on the icon below to see all of the 25 bloggers and where to follow them.

Join us in the journey to Bethlehem and hear the familiar story anew.

Until they are dethroned there is no rebuttal to that…but I still don’t like the Lakers!

Well Lakers are on a 3 game losing streak, and they shouldn’t have lost those either. Tonight was just plain dumb, Kobe could have made the 2 points tied the game and force OT. But instead he tries to end the game by passing to Artest for the 3 point shot to close the game but he missed. So frustrating, but oh well off to tomorrows game
Thanks for the encouraging words!

@Brian,
Do you like “Golden State,” then
?
. . . youch!
@Robert,
That’s alright, even the best have their moments. I didn’t see the game tonight, but that does sound dumb; maybe it was that “big ring” on Artest’s finger that threw off his shot (oh wait he auctioned that off . . . never mind
).
Anyway, Advent will be good; look forward to your contribution!
